About me - I am the owner and MD of Cloud Eleven Human Resources

I’m looking to make “The View” into a place where all the world of work comes into focus. I’m a human resources person, but its certainly not just the HR guys who make the workplace what it is.

I am privileged to be able to visit many different workplaces as I work on the many and varied projects my clients give me to do. In this blog I’m going to “come home” and share some of what I see with you.
